Infrastructure Fee Notice

Some high-cost data centers require additional metro connectivity to integrate with the CNX core. A location-based Infrastructure Fee may apply in select locations to offset these recurring costs. For more details see our Infrastrucutre policy.

  • The fee is only applicable at certain locations and is reviewed periodically.
  • Members will be notified in advance if a fee applies to their port or PNI connection.
  • We are committed to keeping fees as low as possible and adjusting them as more members join.
  • The fee is use to ensure redundant metro connectivity to this location.

Additional Information

  • Unless mentioned otherwise, all prices are in Khmer Riel per month, excluding VAT.
  • Invoicing is done on a monthly basis.
  • The payment term is 30 days from the invoice date (as listed on the invoice).
  • Charging starts on the first ping.

Technical Requirements

Customers are required to provide the fiber transceivers and cables according to CNX's technical specifications.

  • Patch cord cables provided by the peer must be no longer than 1 meter.
  • All equipment and connections must adhere to CNX's approved standards to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.
