Services
A: CNX offers Internet peering, private network interconnect (PNI) and colocation services for network equipment.
A: In addition to our commercial services, CNX hosts and provides free access to critical internet infrastructure and community services, including; DNS Root Servers, PCH Top Level Domain Services, AS112 Project Services, Looking Glasses, Quad9 Secure DNS Resolver, NTP Service, RPKI Validator, Route Servers.
Where and how to connect
A: CNX is a distributed exchange across multiple data centers in Phnom Penh, you can connect at any location to the exchange. We have 3 location where you can bring your own fiber, and we are available in several data centers for cross-connections. See our list of locations for more details and how you can connect at each location.
A: At location where we provide a outdoor ODF, you can connect with any of the licensed cable network providers or bring your own cable to connect if you have the necessary regulatory permissions.
A: You require a router that supports BGP4, and you need to provide standard compatible fiber transceiver (SFP,SFP+,QSFP28) and the necessary cables. CNX is maintaining several route servers and we have about 120,000 routes on CNX. Your hardware should be powerful enough to handle this, and the related traffic. If you're in doubt, speak to your router vendor, or ask our helpful NOC Team
A: We support connections at 1/10/100GE single mode fiber ports, and link aggregation of ports.
Costs
A: CNX only charges for switch ports, not for peering services or usage. In addition we offer co-location at selected facilities. The complete price list for our services.
A: There are no cross-connect charges when connecting directly to the exchange via our outdoor ODF. If you cross-connect to CNX within a data center, there maybe charges from the facility provider for the connection. CNX cross-connect charges only apply for connections between co-located equipment within our installation.
